- Strategized and led fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff for both the annual budget and specific projects, ensuing in raising funds through foundation, government, and corporate sponsorships to produce educational programs, public engagement, and fundraising events, as well as distribution and marketing of products and services.
- Cultivated and stewarded relationships with funders and key individual donors, raising funds to produce award-winning projects.
- Supervised project creative vision, story, and execution to ensure the creative vision of the original IP.
- Produced, directed, and wrote many digital productions in development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution phases, resulted in winning several international awards.
- Cultivated and stewarded strong relationships with diverse educational, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations and community leaders; created partnerships to develop educational, creative and outreach projects (e.g., Partnership with Farabi Cinematic Foundation to found and manage the New Script Development Program), which advanced the BTE's mission and artistic expansion.
- Developed novel earned income opportunities through collaboration with public relations, social media specialist, performance artists, graphic designers, publishers, editors, and critics/journalists to promote products and services and cultivate new audiences, e.g. reached out to thousands of potential applicants and effectively communicated the exceptional values of the New Script Development Program to countless companies and individuals through marketing materials such as digital content, magazines, interviews, web content, and social media.
- Managed marketing, messaging, communications, and branding strategies, infrastructure, and capacity; resulted in distributing digital projects in 40 international festivals and selling and licensing them to media and television networks as well as enhancing the ticket sales for the theatrical productions such as Snail.
- Created public engagement events, panels, and talkbacks prior to opening nights to increase audiences and reach out to new communities; engendered in increased ticket sales.
